Discovery Call:

Free 30 minute call to determine compatibility.

Guest Experience Report:

$500 initial interaction, $250 subsequent visits (if necessary) plus expenses

This is an excellent way to receive clear, professionally backed and presented information from the customer’s perspective. Clients receive a detailed report of my experience interacting with their business alongside detailed suggestions to implement necessary changes.

This is done in person or remotely depending on what the situation requires.

New Business Audit (prior to or within 6 months of opening):

$3500 plus expenses for 0-3 employees, for more than 3 employees Full Business Audit below

This is a 3-4 week process to help prepare to open or refine a newly opened business.

This is managed remotely via interviews, surveys/questionnaires, and company and industry research. With this information, I create work flow charts, system and process recommendations, needed leadership and staff changes, and target market identification and suggested psychological influences in reaching your audience.

Full Business Audit (6 months+ as an existing businesses):

$5000 plus expenses for 0-9 employees; $300 each additional employee over 9

This is a 3-4 week process to determine how the operation currently functions, communication skills, leadership style, staff roles and expectations, and customer and staff pain/gain points. This also includes an environmental and socio-cultural audit to determine ways in which the company can be more environmentally efficient and employee forward.

This is managed remotely via interviews, surveys/questionnaires, and company and industry research. With this information, I create work flow charts, system and process recommendations, needed leadership and staff changes, and target market identification and suggested psychological influences in reaching your audience.

This price point is for 0-9 employees at one location. $300 is charged per additional employee over 9.

System Development:

Determined by business needs and scale as well as compatibility

This will not be considered until both the Guest Experience Report and Full or New Business Audit have taken place. Viability and compatibility of this option is determined through the first two options.
